03.09.2023 In order to better determine the vertical positioning of a building, we now also calculate the maximum and mean height of the visible façade of the basement (basement) above ground. These are important metrics for the legal definition of a basement compared to the ground floor. If the basement protrudes too far out of the terrain, it is no longer considered a basement.
