- Single-family
The first three types (MFH, Multi-family & Commercial, Commercial) share similar features—they all include cores and allow detailed modification of their usage. The specific type depends on the general usage assigned to these three categories.
Single-family buildings are smaller in structure and do not have cores or detailed usage properties.
