07.11.2023 Parcelling out or buying additional land area? No problem, every plot area can now be precisely defined easily and quickly in 2D map format. Since it is not always possible to use the entire land area for the utilisation calculation (e.g. due to forest or water zones), we will give the user the opportunity to precisely define the creditable land area in a next update. Thus, every feasibility study starts with clearly defined areas, the adjustments of which are transparently documented.
