Project income can be found under the income card within the results card. By default, the income strategy is set to rent. You can choose between a rent and a sale scenario for your entire project.
All apartment incomes can be set on a CHF/m² basis for each building and apartment. Depending on the chosen income strategy, different project-wide inputs are available to adjust your income results.
